What you get: 

  • 10 nights, 11 days on the island of Boracay.
  • Breakfast/brunch daily from 6:30 - 11:00 am.
  • Yoga in the morning and in the evening with Val (Optional).
  • Pick up and drop off at the Caticlan airport, private land and speedboat transfers to/from the resort.

 Things you can do on the island:

  • Relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches!
  • Explore the 4-mile strip of shops, restaurants, clubs, and cafes along White Beach starting at the resort.
  • Snorkle
  • Scuba dive
  • Windsurf
  • Explore the islands with a boat/cruise. 
  • Visit the Motang Living Museum for a real-life experience of Philippine culture, art and crafts. 
  • Visit one of the several local farmers and fish markets where you can buy produce and have stuff cooked on the spot. 
  • Take naps, read books, and luxuriate. 

Airfare is NOT included. We will be flying out of SFO on a direct flight to Manila. From there we will be transferring on a smaller plane to Caticlan. Shortest flights, including one stop, is around 18 hours. Exact itinerary will be suggested in March 2017 as we get closer to departure. 


Bring your own yoga mats and whatever props you choose to use. 

Yoga is optional. You can do as much or as little as you like. 

Yoga will be on the easy side, and all effort will be made to accommodate everyone. The morning class will be the more active class. The evening class will be the more relaxing class. AM yoga will be 75 min. PM yoga will be 60 min. If there is interest in the group, we will hold meditation sessions as well, either before the AM yoga class or after the PM yoga class. The exact schedule will be made available to all attending prior to departure.
